1. Non-Refundable Services

Any service for which time has already been spent, including but not limited to:

  • Research

  • Consultation

  • Design

  • Development

  • SEO, marketing, or optimization work

  • Communication, revisions, or executions

is completely non-refundable.

Once work has started on a service, no refund will be issued, regardless of:

  • Project completion status

  • Usage of delivered work

  • Results or outcomes

  • Client satisfaction level

2. No Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Time already invested in any service

  • Partially completed or ongoing work

  • Delays caused by client-side issues

  • Changes in client requirements or decisions

3. Agreement

By purchasing or engaging any service from Webinfoys, you acknowledge and agree that all time and effort spent on your project is non-refundable once work has commenced.
